Steps to Track Your Order:

    • After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email.
    • This email will include your tracking number and the name of the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).
  2. Visit the Carrier’s Website:

    • Click the link to the carrier’s tracking page provided in the email, or visit the carrier’s website directly.
    • Enter your tracking number into the tracking field to get real-time updates on your package’s location and estimated delivery date.
  3. Track Through Your Account:

    • If you have an account with us, you can also log in to HouseholdHygiene.shop and visit the Order History section of your account to view tracking details for all of your orders.
    • Click on the specific order you want to track, and you’ll be able to see the current shipping status and the tracking number.

Tracking Issues or Delays

Sometimes, shipments may experience delays or issues in transit. Here’s what to do if you encounter problems while tracking your order:

  • No Updates: If your tracking number shows no updates after 24 hours of being issued, it may take some time for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier. Please check again after a few hours.
  • Delayed Package: If your package is delayed, we recommend checking the carrier’s website for any alerts or notices that might explain the delay (e.g., weather, holidays, or carrier issues).
  • Lost or Stolen Package: If the tracking shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it, please check around your property for any hidden or safe drop-off locations (such as with neighbors or at your local post office). If you still can't locate it, please contact us immediately at support@householdhygiene.shop, and we will help investigate the issue.
